New salt coffee recipe: less sweet, a saltier cream layer

After three months of testing we adjusted the recipe: less condensed milk, more sea salt in the cream, same price.

Salt coffee is the most ordered drink at the cafe. Which is also why it gets the most feedback — mostly “too sweet”.

After three months of testing at the bar, we settled on a new version:

  • Less condensed milk, with some fresh milk added so the finish is lighter
  • More sea salt in the cream, whipped thicker so it does not melt away
  • The espresso is still dark-roast robusta from around Buon Ma Thuot

The price is unchanged. If you liked the old version, just tell your barista “sweet like before” — we can still make it that way.
