Weekend brewing workshop: 12 seats per session
Every other Saturday morning, learn phin, cold brew and salt coffee right at the bar. Free for work pass holders.
A lot of guests ask how to brew the same taste at home. Rather than answering one person at a time at the bar, we opened a workshop.
Each session covers
- Choosing and storing beans once the bag is open
- Phin brewing: ratio, water, steeping time
- Cold brew you can keep in the fridge all week
- Whipping the cream layer for salt coffee
Schedule: Saturday mornings, every other week, 9:00 – 10:30 AM in the first-floor garden. Twelve people per session, so everyone gets to brew with their own hands.
The fee is 150,000đ and includes the cup you brew plus one on us. Free for guests with a monthly work pass. Sign up at the bar or through the reservation form — just write “workshop” and which session you would like.
