The first-floor garden is open again
The outdoor area is finished: a new roof cover, misting fans and six new wooden tables for bigger groups.
After three weeks of work, the first-floor garden has reopened.
The biggest change is the roof cover. Before, rain meant closing the whole outdoor area and moving everyone upstairs mid-session. Now the cover runs the length of the porch, so light rain no longer interrupts anything.
What is new
- A roof cover across the whole brick porch
- Two misting fans for hot afternoons
- Six long wooden tables, each seating 6–8 people
- Wall sockets along the bench seating
This area suits groups of friends, morning coffee before class, or anyone who would rather sit outside than in air conditioning.
